Genesis Medical Associates has the high honor of being selected as one of the best places to work in Pittsburgh by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette for 2013!  Our ranking, as number 11 in a mid company size range of 25 organizations, was based on our employees' responses to a series of questions about our organization, including its vision, leadership, career opportunities, work flexibility, compensation and benefits.

The Post-Gazette invited 1,132 companies to participate and surveyed 133 of them, of which a final total of 85 companies across small, mid-size and large organizations were chosen.  This was the second year in a row that Genesis was chosen to be a Top Workplace!

Most important for those employees at Top Workplaces was their ranking of this statement:  'I would highly recommend working that this company to others,' at 79%, followed by 'This company motivates me to give my very best at work' at 72% and 'I feel genuinely appreciated at this company' (71%).
